From April 10th 2020, due to the normal shipping can not meet the delivery time, we will apply express shipping for some following products (shipping fee is not changed)

Framed Canvas products won't be included due to their big sizes. All other products that not be listed above will remain the standard shipping.

All standard shipping products will still be packaged and follow policy of returning and exchanging. But the shipping time would be extended to more than 2 months. We kindly suggest you should not chose products that not be in the list above if you do not have patience to wait.

Although applying express shipping, the shipping time still would be extended due to Covid-19. Shipping time is within 20 to 30 days.

  • All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
  • 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 7-10 business days of payment.
  • We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

  • It takes about 3 - 5 weeks from purchase. This time may vary depending on occasions. For example, there is a delay on Christmas occasion due to strongly increase the number of orders, the post office can not process the package on time. 
  • All of the orders have a tracking number to track where their order is. So, if you don’t receive this number after 10 days from purchasing, please contact us support@teehamster.com. We send a tracking number to your email. So, please provide your email when purchasing.
  • Some nations need more time to ship. Belgium for instance.
  • Sometimes, your package could be lost in shipment. So, you don’t receive your order. Please contact us via email support@teehamster.com. We will check with the post office and send a replacement for free.
  • If you want express shipping service, please contact us. However, you have to pay extra money for express service.

  • The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
  • Processing time:  Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer process the orders, which takes an additional 3–7 business days.
  • Shipping time:  This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 2– 4 weeks. It  varies by location and depends on product type. It doesn’t include our 1-2 days of processing time. Shipping times may increase due to high volumes of online purchases as a result of Christmas and New Year....

Shipping Guide

Teehamster will gladly pay for free shipping for every order valued over $150. However, should you return an item, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund. Every item shipped out of our warehouse is fully insured by carriers.

Free Shipping

Orders that qualify for free shipping promotions will be shipped at no cost to you via ground delivery. We do reserve the option of determining the specific shipping method.

Returns

Return shipping charges for items not specifically covered under warranty coverage or otherwise damaged or defective will be deducted from any refunds given.

Insurance

Teehamster provides insurance coverage for every item we ship out. Note: You may be asked to sign for the package upon delivery.

Standard Delivery Times

Usually, the delivery time is 4-6 weeks. However, this time may vary depending on the actual situation (Noel, New Year ...).

Currently, due to the epidemic, many countries have restricted flights from abroad, many goods are stuck at the airport so delivery time can be extended to 8 - 12 weeks. If the destination country removes the ban, the delivery time will be normal.

We can apply DHL express shipping method for your order if you want. Please order normally. Then, contact to support@teehamster.com to request a change to DHL shipping method. We do it for you. Of course, you have to pay extra money for this changing. For DHL shipping, you receive your parcel within 1 week.

 

Shipping and Delivery Problems

If a shipped order was lost or damaged, the shipping carrier must conduct an investigation. Please contact support to initiate a tracer within 10 business days of the item shipping from our warehouse. If the package cannot be located, the shipping carrier will process a claim for the package. Claims can take up to two weeks to process. When the carrier claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item(s), insurance reimbursement will be issued to Teehamster, and the replacement item(s) will be shipped out. If the item(s) is no longer available, and a similar item is rejected, Teehamster will gladly refund your original payment.

If there are any noticeable discrepancies with your order or if the item delivered is the wrong item, please contact Teehamster to make any necessary corrections. Product discrepancies not notified to Teehamster within 5 days may not be eligible for replacement. Please do not use items that you believe are incorrect as it may void our ability to exchange or replace the items. For help with international shipping, please read our International Shipping Issues section. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your shipment if your item is defective. You may be asked to provide photographs of the discrepant item(s) to help us better assist you.

Packaging.

In the unlikely event that goods are received with damaged packaging, such as outer boxes, cases, instructions, manuals, etc. Teehamster reserves the right to replace the original packaging of products sold herein. Teehamster cannot guarantee a replacement of the manufacturer’s original packaging.
