Important question: HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED WHEN MANY COUNTRIES CLOSED BORDERS DUE TO COVID-19?

Answer:

Express shipping applied for listed products below.

From April 10th 2020, due to the normal shipping can not meet the delivery time, we will apply express shipping for some following products (shipping fee is not changed)

  • Rug
  • round mat
  • Door mat/ floor mat
  • Bedding set
  • Blanket
  • Quilt
  • tapestry
  • no framed wall canvas

Framed Canvas products won't be included due to their big sizes. All other products that not be listed above will remain the standard shipping.

All standard shipping products will still be packaged and follow policy of returning and exchanging. But the shipping time would be extended to more than 2 months. We kindly suggest you should not chose products that not be in the list above if you do not have patience to wait.

Although applying express shipping, the shipping time still would be extended due to Covid-19. Shipping time is within 20 to 30 days.

Question: WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

Answer: 

  • All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
  • 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 7-10 business days of payment.
  • We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

Question: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS?

Answer: 

  • It takes about 3 - 5 weeks from purchase. This time may vary depending on occasions. For example, there is a delay on Christmas occasion due to strongly increase the number of orders, the post office can not process the package on time. 
  • All of the orders have a tracking number to track where their order is. So, if you don’t receive this number after 10 days from purchasing, please contact us support@teehamster.com. We send a tracking number to your email. So, please provide your email when purchasing.
  • Some nations need more time to ship. Belgium for instance.
  • Sometimes, your package could be lost in shipment. So, you don’t receive your order. Please contact us via email support@teehamster.com. We will check with the post office and send a replacement for free.
  • If you want express shipping service, please contact us. However, you have to pay extra money for express service.

Question: WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

Answer: 

  • For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
  • Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

Question: HOW CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

  • We only allow order modification within 24 hours since payment except for T-shirts.

Question: WHICH EVIDENCE SHOULD I SUBMIT FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT?

Answer: Submitting all evidence to clarify shipping/product error is very important to our return/replacement process. Please note that all required pictures must be sent. Otherwise, we cannot provide return/replacement items. In some cases, you might have to provide a video.

  • The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
  • Processing time:  Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer process the orders, which takes an additional 3–7 business days.
  • Shipping time:  This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 2– 4 weeks. It  varies by location and depends on product type. It doesn’t include our 1-2 days of processing time. Shipping times may increase due to high volumes of online purchases as a result of Christmas and New Year....
